Sid Gorham, President and Chief Executive Officer
Sid is the president and CEO of Nielsen Mobile (formerly Telephia), a service of the Nielsen Company. He joined the company in early 2001 and led the sales team for four years before taking his current position. During this period, the company grew its revenue 20X and established itself as the dominant provider of syndicated consumer research to the leaders of the U.S. mobile industry. In 2007 Sid led the company through a successful sale transaction to The Nielsen Company, resulting in the launch of Telephia as Nielsen Mobile.  Immediately prior to joining Telephia, Sid was Chief Operating Officer at OpenTable.com, a successful consumer Internet company that operates a global reservation network for fine dining restaurants. Before co-founding OpenTable.com, Sid had ten years of telecom industry experience in market research, management consulting, and marketing roles. He was part of the early management team of Pyramid Research, the leading research firm covering developing country telecom markets. Sid also held positions with AirTouch Communications, San Francisco Consulting Group (SFCG) and ALOHA Networks. Sid holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA in English Literature from Trinity College .

Tom Stahl, Chief Operating Officer

Tom oversees Nielsen Mobile's technology and operations, including data collection, validation, and production; systems development; wireless engineering; and information technology. Previously Tom led Nielsen Mobile's Production, Data Analysis, and Wireless Data groups. Tom has fifteen years' experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including positions in management consulting, market research, and business development. Prior to joining Nielsen Mobile, he provided strategy consulting to telecommunications and other high-tech clients in China . In addition, he worked for BellSouth in China , developing business cases and alliances for GSM networks. Tom holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of California at Berkeley , and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

James T. Wandrey, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jim is responsible for the company's financial operations, including maintaining relationships with investors and the financial community. His focus is cost reduction, operating efficiency, financial controls, and next-stage growth opportunities for Nielsen Mobile, with a concentration on strategic financial planning and high-growth operating efficiency. He also oversees the legal and human resources functions. He has over 20 years of financial and management experience with more than 10 years in senior positions. Previously, he served as CFO for MarketTools, Inc., Maple Optical Systems, and Next Level Communications. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Computer Science from Boston College.

Jesse Goranson, SVP Account Management
Jesse and his team are responsible for all customer-facing aspects of Nielsen Mobile's business, including delivery of performance tracking information and competitive insights.  Jesse also has accountability for company revenue.  Jesse has been with Nielsen Mobile since early 2000 working with customers to incorporate the company's information products into their decision making processes. He has had leadership roles building and managing Nielsen Mobile's Client Services group, managing the Product Development group, and most recently taking a leadership role in Nielsen Mobile's Account Management function. Previously, Jesse founded and ran the U.S. offices of Hypernix, an instant messaging startup. Jesse also spent eight years as a strategy consultant, first at Gemini Consulting, then at Ernst and Young. Jesse was also one of Ernst and Young's leading Performance Measurement experts, working with clients in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Jesse has a Masters in Operations Research from M.I.T's Sloan School, and a Bachelors of Management Science also from M.I.T.'s Sloan School.

Terry Joyce, SVP Systems Development
Terry has 25 years experience in software development, including eighteen years as a software developer and architect, primarily in financial, multi-currency applications with clients such as Citibank, Barclay's Global Investors, and ADP.  He was most recently the VP of Engineering and VP Customer Services at Epicentric, Inc., helping to drive the compan's growth from 6 to nearly 400 employees and hundreds of customers.  He is a co-patent holder for the original Portal Server invention.  Terry joined Nielsen Mobile in 2004, and primarily focuses on the post-collection aggregation and reporting of the company's data.  Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Chicago.

John Forese, SVP Product Management
As SVP of Product Management John drives overall product strategy and has product level profit and loss responsibility. His team works closely with both account management and operations to ensure Telephia’s products are continually evolving to meet customers’ performance measurement needs. John joined Nielsen Mobile in January 2002. Prior to joining Nielsen Mobile, he held various management positions at telecom and technology based start-ups, including Flashpoint Technologies, Netro Inc. and Pacific Bell Mobile Systems. John also spent four years as a strategy consultant at Marakon Associates. John has a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford and an AB in Economics from Princeton University.

David Petersen, SVP Business Development
David has been with Nielsen Mobile for over 6 years in roles ranging from Operations, Product Management, Business Development and Analytics. Originally trained as a statistician, David was the product manager for Nielsen Mobile's drive testing program since 2004, and implemented analytic, market-level network performance scoring systems for several national operators. Prior to Nielsen Mobile, David spent 3 years at BellSouth telecommunications, designing and implementing the first customer targeting efforts for direct marketing of residential telecommunications products. Prior to BellSouth, he spent several years doing econometric forecasting at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta, making recommendations on monetary policy to voting members of the Federal Reserve Board. David holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, and a M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Padraig Stapleton, SVP Wireless Engineering
Padraig has over 15 years of technical and management experience bringing software and wireless products to market. Recently, he has served as Vice President of Worldwide Engineering at Interwave Communications, a global provider of compact wireless network solutions and services, where he led an international engineering team with offices in Silicon Valley, Ireland and China. His leadership resulted in significantly reduced product development costs, increased gross margins, and major improvements in the product feature set. Prior to Interwave, Padraig previously spent 10 years in software development leadership roles, building telecommunications software platforms for such companies as Lucent Technologies, Trintech, Centigram and SatCom Media. Padraig earned an Honors degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Kanishka Agarwal, VP Mobile Media
Kanishka is responsible for driving the growth agenda of the company into the emerging mobile media space. He has more than 10 years of comprehensive experience in the communications, media, technology and mobile market research industries, and is a seasoned speaker and mobile industry expert on such topics as mobile content, including gaming, music and entertainment and converging communications. Prior to Nielsen Mobile, Kanishka spent five years at Booz Allen Hamilton, including a year at Sprint PCS developing new products for the enterprise wireless data market. He also helped launch a wireless middleware start-up and a telecom infrastructure software spin-off from Lucent — both through Booz Allen’s incubator arm. For more than two years, he ran sales and marketing at an enterprise software start-up (now a part of PeopleSoft). Kanishka holds an MBA from Stanford University, as well as an ME and BS from Harvey Mudd College.

Julia Resnick, VP Mobile Devices and Retail
Julia heads Nielsen Mobile's Device Manufacturer business with responsibility for both products and customer-facing account management. In her 6 years with Nielsen Mobile, she has worked closely with mobile device clients to develop a comprehensive set of services within the US as well as playing a key role in expanding our global offerings. Julia and her team provide dedicated support to clients to derive value and actionable application of data through custom analysis and reporting. In past roles at Nielsen Mobile, Julia led account relationships with our Financial Services, Content, Infrastructure and International Operator customers. She has an additional 10 years of market and organizational research experience with Harris Interactive as a Senior Product Manager and as a senior researcher and consultant at Catalyst. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
